1. Processing Time

  • Orders are shipped within 3 business days after full payment is received.
  • Applies to all standard RC parts that are in stock.

  • Custom titanium exhaust systems, CNC parts, and special-size components require production time.
  • We begin production after receiving the deposit.
  • Estimated production time: 15–30 days before shipping.
  • Complex designs or special materials may require additional time, and we will notify you if needed.

2. Shipping Method

Our logistics system uses a two-stage delivery structure to provide safe and reliable global shipping.

We cooperate with trusted cross-border logistics providers:

These routes are optimized for global RC products, ensuring stable export processing, priority handling, and efficient customs clearance.

3. Last Mile Delivery (Final Delivery in Your Country)

Once the package reaches your country, the final delivery is handled by major local couriers or national postal services.

5. Tracking Information

  • You can track your shipment through the logistics provider’s website or universal tracking platforms (17track, trackingmore, etc.).

6. Customs & Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees required in the destination country.
  • We can provide a commercial invoice or customs declaration adjustment upon request.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some countries have restrictions on batteries, electronic components, or metal parts.
If your order cannot be shipped due to local regulations, we will notify you immediately.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

We will actively assist you in tracking delayed or missing shipments.
If the package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will provide:

  • Replacement shipment or
  • Full refund (for non-custom products)
