2. Account & User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
- We accept payment methods as displayed on our website, including major credit cards and PayPal.
- Prices, taxes, and shipping fees are displayed at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice.
- For custom-made products, production begins only after the deposit is received.
4. Custom-Made Products
- Custom products are made specifically for each customer based on their provided specifications, drawings, or measurements.
- Production time is 15–30 days after deposit receipt, depending on complexity.
- Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled and deposits are non-refundable, except in case of factory errors or confirmed defects.
- Customers must ensure all specifications, dimensions, and requirements are accurate. Errors caused by the customer are not covered under warranty.
5. Non-Custom Products
- Non-custom products are shipped within 3 business days after payment.
- Standard return and refund policies apply (please see our Refund and Returns Policy).
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide using trusted logistics providers for first-mile export (e.g., SFC, Yanwen) and major local carriers or postal services for final delivery.
- Delivery times vary by destination.
- Tracking information will be provided after shipment.

7. Refunds & Returns
- Non-custom products may be returned according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Custom-made products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund or replacement.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product designs, is owned by Geyao RC Model Workshop or its licensors.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen events.
- Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of China.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in China.
