Eligible for Returns or Refunds
1) Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photos or a video showing the issue.
- After confirmation, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
2) Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong model, specification, color, or any item not matching your order:
- We will take full responsibility and arrange a free replacement or refund.
3) Returnable Non-custom Products
For standard products that are unused and in their original condition:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Non-returnable / Non-refundable Items
1) Used, installed, or manually damaged items
Any product showing signs of use, modification, or installation cannot be returned.
2) Opened or repackaged items affecting resale
3) Custom-made parts (NON-REFUNDABLE)
Including but not limited to:
- Parts made to customer measurements
- Custom machining or CNC parts
- Components based on drawings, parameters, or special materials
Due to the uniqueness of custom parts, refunds or returns are not accepted except for quality issues.

Return Shipping Fees

We cover all costs, including reshipment or refund. - If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong purchase, no longer needed, subjective dissatisfaction) →
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and must use a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
- Shipping time is not included in the processing period.
Responsibility During Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for properly packaging the items.
- Damage caused during return shipping due to poor packaging will affect the refund amount.
- All products, accessories, and packaging must be returned to avoid deductions.
Special Terms for Custom Orders
Since custom-made components involve material preparation and machining:
- Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
- No refunds or changes are allowed after confirmation of specifications.
- If there is a manufacturing error or quality defect, we will repair, remake, or refund.
Warranty Policy
Some RC parts may include limited warranty coverage (e.g., motors, electronics).
Warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation
- Overloading or improper usage
- Damage caused by racing impact, collisions, or high-impact crashes
