1. What We Can Customize

2. How to Place a Custom Order
Step 1 β Contact Us
Email us with your requirements:
Include:
- Photos / drawings / sketches
- Measurements
- Material preference
- Functional goals (performance, strength, weight, etc.)
Step 2 β Quotation
We will evaluate your request and provide:
- Production feasibility
- Estimated time
- Material cost
- Labor cost
- Total price
- Required deposit amount
Step 3 β Deposit Payment
Once you confirm the order details, we will issue a deposit invoice.
Production begins only after the deposit is received.
Step 4 β Production
Depending on the complexity and material, custom parts require:

(starting from the date the deposit is received)
During production, we may send progress updates upon request.
Step 5 β Final Balance Payment
After your custom part is completed, we will send:
- Final product photos
- Quality check documentation (if needed)
You pay the remaining balance, and we proceed to ship your order.
3. Production Time
- Standard custom projects: 15β25 days
- Complex designs or special titanium welding: 20β30 days
- Large or multi-part custom kits: up to 35 days
If there are special requirements, we will notify you in advance.
4. Shipping Information
Once completed and paid in full, custom products are shipped using:

Final Delivery
Handled by your countryβs major postal/courier services, such as:
- USPS
- DHL eCommerce
- Royal Mail

5. Important Notes About Custom Orders
β Non-refundable After Production Begins
Because custom-made items are produced specifically to your measurements and cannot be resold:
- Orders cannot be canceled once production begins
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Full refunds are only provided for factory errors or confirmed defects
β Accuracy of Dimensions
Please double-check all measurements.
Any incorrect size caused by customer-provided dimensions is not covered by warranty.
β Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship:
- If there is a machining error
- Wrong specifications
- Welding defect
We will remake or fix it at no additional cost.
6. Warranty for Custom Products
Custom products come with a limited quality warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect specifications
- Structural issues due to our fabrication
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation
- Racing impacts / crashes
- Modifications after delivery
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
